The location was strategic and peaceful and the room was clean. The rooms were all tidy and huge for the buffet breakfast & lunch.

During my recent stay at Renaissance, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. The housekeeping team, particularly Mr. Amit on floors 8 and 9, went above and beyond to ensure my room was clean and comfortable every day. The staff at the skybar were attentive and accommodating, always ready to fulfill any request, even offering customized dishes. I also experienced outstanding service from the front desk, especially from Mrs. Sant, who tirelessly assisted me with any questions or issues I had. The kitchen staff prepared delicious and visually appealing meals, leaving me fully satisfied with every dish I ordered. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.

Super base for exploring Lucknow. What a nice hotel with really good staff who wana see how to do customer service! Location - favourable, next to the Lucknow city center, the airport, and the next mall. Also, here in the bar in the restaurant.
